First Tacoma? A 1.5" spacer does not provide a 1.5" lift.

Has it sunk in yet? A bit too complicated for you?

4th gen has a lower motion ratio, more like 4 to 3. 1.5" spacer generates roughly 2" of lift. Did you miss this video from 2 months ago?

read the directions... focus on page 8 where you cut the oem 1" stud down by 3/8" so that it will not interfere with the spacer height. That means you have 5/8" inch gap to fit within the spacer height of , lets call it 3/4".
no but I posted that video.. since you stepped in why don't you educate everyone with the results?

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2024-trd-off-road-suspension-overview-and-flex-test.822968/

and don't forget to elaborate how poorly the 24 Taco did on the ramp index test.

 Did you forget what you watched, or is 50% very similar to 75% in your mind?

"approximately" was my actual comparison not "exactly". You know those two words are different right?

I was only concerned with the actual results of how poorly the 24 Taco does with OME factory suspension on the ramp index.

I knew I had you in my back pocket to remeber the details for me.

Now tell me who has the 2" lift example you were talking about with the 1.5" spacer?

The OP says he has 1.5" of lift not 2". Your math doesn't add up.

^I didn't see the instructions at the time. And you're reading too much into the Readylift photos, since they show a mix of TRD OR and SR5 shocks and some prototype pieces. Don't assume 5/8" or 3/4" remaining stud length means the spacer is 5/8" or 3/4" thick, because there are also photos with uncut studs in the PDF :notsure:

@Visa_Declined thanks for posting these pics. Contrast the top hat casting appearance to the knuckle:

4th gen OR has 9", 3rd gen OR has 8.75".

    We're talking third members?

then you have to put equivelent tires sizes on for that measurement... you know that don't you or do I need to find one of your old posts to refresh your memory?

Do that and the 3rd gen OR (gains another 1/2") and beats the 4th gen OR.

might as well include that exceptional 4th gen departure angle too with the racket maker stuck under the drivers rear bumper LOL At least the MY24 OR doesn't have the included snow plow.

see those metric nuts. they are 10mm in height for reference. it is abvious in that photo that the spacer height is not 1.5". Most likely 1" spacer
