Video Games BS

VR is only 3 missions, an on rails air show and walking around a hanger, also exclusive to PS4 for a year. But I hear it's one of the best experiences.

We just got the game on PC last night. I played 4 missions. Game is fun, looks good and fps is 60-100 maxed out at 4K on a 1080 TI.

 

I got Resident Evil 2 on release. I've played thru Leon "A" and Claire "B" so far and its great. Going back and alternating roles now.

 

I'm trying to setup an Origin account and I haven't received an EMail verification yet (about 10 minutes elapsed) and I verified the email address is correct, is this the norm for Origin? I'm used to steam being quick.

Anyone play new COD last night?

 

Anybody play Death Stranding yet? Curious if it's worth buying to play. Seems boring but not sure.

 

I want to share one of my fav competition online mobile game - Summoner Wars: Sky Arena, it has great mechanics, amazing graphics, good balance and tons of PvE and PvP content, the downside of it that it required much farming to achieve any results

 

The trailers looked awesome, and I really wanted it due to Hideo Kojima...but being impatient and broke I read the plot on wikipedia just because I couldn't stand the curiosity...........completely weird story as usual. I may still get it used later on to play through. Don't know how good gameplay is but I'd be willing to bet it's worth it

 

I might break down and get it as well when the price is lower. I was hoping that The Outer Worlds was going to take a little longer to beat but it's a fairly short game. It's a great game though and I may play a few times and vary my moral drastically.

 

I haven't bought anything new in awhile. I've gotten to the point where I can't devote the hours to gaming like I use to, adult responsibilities and all, but a lot of stuff that I'm interested in I'll end up reading the whole plot on Wikipedia, or even watch a complete game play through on Youtube. Only thing on my upcoming list is Shenmue 3 so I know that will take quite awhile to finish.

 

You have time to watch people play but none to play? That's how my kids are, they spend as much time playing as they do watching others on YouTube play. That's one thing I can't sit for. I can listen to a review of a game but not actual game play.

Also the videos are trimmed wayyy down from actual gameplay time. Like last one I can tell you, by accident really, I was browsing youtube and here is a video of final boss fight and ending video for Jedi Fallen Order (whatever the newest Star Wars game) I clicked on it, looked awesome. Read the plot on Wikipedia; now I'm down 15 minutes without having to pay $50 bucks for the game and spending 8+ hours playing.
I know, sounds asinine, but If I want to see about a game but I just can't bring myself to devote the time or money to getting a new game this is what I do. But believe me if its an epic enough game, I make time for it. Any Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil, Sekiro...all these games I miss gym and sleep to play.

 

That makes sense. I mostly TW at work . A lot of cool games scheduled to come out soon and I'm torn on waiting till they are released with the PS5 or building up the PC. I'm sure I'll do both but ATM i'm torn. Ghost of Tsushima will probably an exclusive to the PS5. Then there's The Last of Us Part 2 and Cyber Punk.

 

O i am so hyped for Ghost of Tsushima, I'm hoping it will still be on PS4 but I will get a PS5 just for it.
