This is how you can find OEM replacement Walker Exhaust Gaskets for a California-emissions 1st Gen Tacoma. The parts should be the same for other 3RZ-FE engines with California emissions.

Watch the video below on how to do everything yourself; this process will help you find other Toyota truck products thru Walker Exhaust even if you do not have a 1st Gen Tacoma with a 3RZ-FE and require California-emissions parts.

    • Using Olathe Toyota diagrams, we identify that there are in fact three different gaskets we need for the stock exhaust system.
    • Using Walker Exhaust diagrams, we can identify which parts go where and what those part numbers are.
    1. EGR Flange (2 gaskets): 31320
    2. Between Down Pipe and Converter (1 gasket): 31374
    3. Between Converter and Tail Pipe (1 gasket): 31585
The Wheelbase for a 1st Gen Tacoma, the following options are as follows:
    • 103.3": Regular Cab
    • 121.9": Xtra/Access Cab and Double Cab
These numbers are important when buying any exhaust system or product that spans from the front to the rear of your vehicle. If you have an Access Cab and select 103.3", the exhaust system you buy will come with tail pipes designed to fit a Regular Cab, will have the incorrect mount points, and will not include the appropriate hardware. Selecting the wrong wheelbase may also prevent the online store from suggesting other related or necessary parts that are not included with your purchase.

Wheelbase is the measurement from one side of the vehicle; from the center of your front wheels to the center of your rear wheels.
