It stays with all those big gaps like that??? Looks like crap against the lower part of the grill. Is this your truck, or just a video to show their product??? These are designed to have spaces for flex correct? It is snugged right up to the bottom of the grill, so I think if it did flex it will cause damage to the lower area of the grill.

Just ran across it. Not my truck, but I think it's pretty bad ass.

Yeah looked a bit lopsided on the passenger side, but that's just the minor OCD in me.

Toyota didn't make it easy. There's a lot going on with that front end. I'd gladly loan them my truck for prototype number 2.

This is very cool! I was going to say this must be the Toytec SEMA truck, but I think that was a sport and this is an offroad.

Bumper is killer design, but as Unchained said, those gaps under the headlight part of the bumper are huge. Something must be off because the Toytec SEMA truck with this same bumper doesn't have that large of a gap.

It's funny you mention that. I thought the same thing. If you look at the picture of the SEMA truck, they made their cuts lower on the bumper. It left a weird indentation where the foglight used to be. When they cut this bumper, they made it even with the top of the foglight bezel, which left larger gaps on the sides.

almost looks like the bumper in that location needs to be redesigned a bit thicker so you can cut more "flush"

Wow... those gaps look terrible to me. The bottom grill bezel touches the bumper, then you have those large gaps on the sides. I'm still not a fan of having to cut anything for the front bumper, so I'm hoping there are other designs coming out that won't require that step.

Whoever did the install of the Insain Fab bumper on the ToyTec truck did a better job than the one in the video...

Yep. You can clearly see what I'm talking about in the first picture. They left the top inch or so of the foglight opening, which lets it tuck a little tighter around the sides. Either way it looks good to me. If it were my truck, I'd attach a little rubber strip on the back of the remaining bumper cover to fill the gap and it would be perfect.
