Probably worth checking the hardware and putting a wrench on all of them. Had a friends truck make a similar popping sound and it was one of the bolts in the bottom that goes up through the slider and frame into one of the crossmembers. Was just barely loose but would make a pretty wicked pop sound flexing.

Kinda sounds to me like a tire rubbing on something?

CV axle pop. Or something rolling around in the bed or cab. Try to pinpoint if it's left or right side.

You said it makes the noise in 2wd too, I wouldn’t think it would be the CV’s, or anything else in the front driveline if that was the case…
    I could be wrong

If you have front pucks on top of the coil you can get binding when flexing. Makes the snap noise. Spring probs rubbing control arm. Pull the front wheels and look at springs and arms to see if there’s contact. Or a loose shock strut bolt.

What about tire knob catching mud guard for example? Or something like that.. if it is under full flex and on an angle, if op has bigger tires it could be that…

It’s a metal to metal sound. Not a bad suggestion tho

Put the camera under the truck by the rear end and see what it sounds like, Then put the camera under the truck by the Trans and see what that sounds like.
That will help you get closer to the source of the noise

I had a popping noise like that when the truck flexed over bumps that turned out to be one of my front leaf spring hangar/main eye bolts had worked loose. Could turn it by hand. Got lucky it didn't back out entirely.
Made an awful racket too. I remember it being pretty obvious it was coming from the rear though.

Anyway, another vote here to make sure nothing is loose esp with the suspension

Some rub marks on upper control arm from tire. Don’t think that would cause this noise

No, wouldn’t be surprised if you had a 2-3” lift on stock uppers to see some polished marks on the inside where it would contact the spring or marks on the spring itself.

Sounds like you pissed off the locals and they're sending rounds your way.

On a more serious note, are you able to get the truck into a position where it's making the sound then have someone go to each corner and rock the suspension? May help narrow it down to a suspension or mechanical issue.

It really only does it when moving, or else I’d try. Getting really pissed off at the truck rn.

Slight rub marks on uca from tire. Shouldn’t cause this noise

I had a popping sound from my transmission cross member where it bolted to the frame. I loosened the bolts, put pressure on the xmember with a jack, then tightened the hell out of the bolts to get the noise to go away.

Also check that your pinch welds aren't hitting your sliders.

That's a good point about the sliders since they were a recent install. If there wasn't enough of a gap left between them and the pinch weld, they'll hit and make a lot of noise.

I checked the pinch welds with sliders. No contact
