    Some are called HDR, which is a technique. I just use PS to stamp my logo and touch up.

    this is my favorite pic...

    looks like you're off to a good start. your getting some strange halo effects around the edges of your subjects in the HDRs so i think you might have something off in your workflow (see around the roof) also a lot of your shots lack composition (rule of thirds) but the technical quality of your shots you've got nailed- so if you work on those things you should be able to get magazine quality shots. one thing you might try is slightly tilting the camera. i'd also like to see a shallower depth of field in more of your shots (blurry background)- it will give your shots a more professional look. you got some good stuff tho- and it looks like your not having any problems getting good subjects to shoot ;)
