    Just wanted to let members know of a parts department that understands the value of customer service.

    Tina at Village Toyota of Homosassa, FL was quick to answer emails, met a lower price from a competitor, and processed my order cancellation professionally and without delay.

    Just good to see customer service isn't completly dead.
