VIN on bed?

Does anyone know if the 01-04 tacomas have the vin number anywhere on the bed?
Or have another idea to verify what color a bed is?

 

I'm not aware of vin on bed, but do you have paint on the bed and model year?

 

So it’s a bed I’m looking to buy. It’s 10 hours away. From the pictures I’m pretty sure it’s radiant red, but I don’t what to drive that far and find out it’s impulse red.
The seller doesn’t have the rest of the truck or the vin. It’s off a 2002.

 

Maybe you can post roughly where it is located and a local member could take a look in person.

 

It’s near St. Paul MN.
