I wanted one of these for myself, and couldn't find them anywhere ... so, I decided to just make some myself. These are high quality, one-size-fits-all, adjustable hats. These are not the El Cheapo, foam trucker hats that stick way too far up off the front of your head and fall apart ... These feature a nice 5-panel design and are structured, so they'll wear in nicely with a little grease, grime, and sweat from wrenching and wheeling in them.

Right now, I have a shipment of 4 color options on the way — black, charcoal, navy, and white/navy. These bad boys are $22.00. Let me know what you think, if there's enough interest then I'll keep making these for TW folks.

I would love a mesh trucker style hat or just a snap back in general. Dont think these will bend to well.

I can take my AAL out of the rear and these should fit me again.

These hats aren't flat bill...Well, they are not shipped "pre-bent" or with a "factory installed" curve, but the bill bends nicely and these hats break in really nicely too. It's not hard to get the desired amount of bill curve and it'll hold.

These are not like a New Ear 59/50 hat. It's just a really nice-fitting, high quality trucker hat.

I tested a ton of different blanks before going with these. The darker colors will fade in the sun if you spend a lot of time at the beach like I do, but IMHO they look even better with a little fade. Then they really start to look "vintage" ... anyway, I've surfed in these, worn them to the gym for months, and battle-tested them pretty thoroughly. I'm actually testing out the 100% cotton version right now.

Generally when I start trying to put a slight curve in any of my flat bills they tend to fold up the fabric on the underside. But Ill go ahead and put my name down for a grey one, if you go for snapbacks too then I would perfer them.

Are these hats relatively deep? I have a 7 5/8 -7 3/4 hat size. Need a decent size lid.

I double checked with the manufacturer, and their size chart says that all of their One Size Fits All hats are good to go up to 7 3/4. That said, I'd feel a lot better saying 7 5/8 is the safe play because it's probably a little different for everyone as far as how much hair you have, how tight is "too tight" etc ... I mean if you have a giant afro or a Kenny G perm/mullet then you're going to have a much different experience than a guy with a high-and-tight ... so I'd say play it safe and if you can comfortably wear a 7 5/8 then you should be all good.
