I am considering having my entire hood wrapped in flat black vinyl.
Do anybody have any local recommendations?
I would prefer the Tacoma area (north Pierce/south King).

If you're willing to give it a shot you might consider wrapping it yourself. Tons of resources online for guidance, and from my understanding hoods are not that difficult. Worst case scenario you just peel it off. No harm no foul.

I have thought about it...I need to do some research. Do you have any links by chance?

Naa sorry I don't. I have not done it myself but a few of my coworkers wrap their hoods and roofs different colors pretty commonly. So I'm just speaking from what I hear second hand.

CBI bed rack and sliders, Backwoods Adventure Mods front and rear bumpers, etc. And some stickers.
Look up some videos, prep things properly and have a clean environment, you should be fine.

FWIW, I used to do auto paint a few decades ago, and we got one of those fake woody station wagons in. I had to do the entire side of it, no YouTube videos to help. Just required a heat gun to get things to lay down over curves on the fenders. Not exactly the same as today's vinyl, but probably easier now. As I recall, it was green . . . Family Truckster.

It's super easy, grab a friend, a heat gun and some good squeegees. Buy more than enough material, have lots of overlap etc. Lots of YouTube videos
