Viper Smart Start Help

I want to install the Smart Start System. I do not want the security system, just the Smart Start Remote system.

BB is selling the following kits...

VSS3000 - Just Smart Start
VSS4000 - Just Smart Start
VSS5000 - Security and Smart Start

What's the difference between the 3000 and 4000 systems?
Anyone here install one of these, if so what extra parts would I need?

I have the VSS5000 on my 4runner and i love it. the 4000 is an ad on module to any other viper or python system and it has gps feature so you can track your vehicle if you ever let someone drive it. i didn't get it because i never let anyone drive my truck. so i didn't see the extra cost as a benefit.

i would recommend the VSS5000 for you. it notifies you if anyone tries to tamper with your car wherever you as long as you have cell signal
