Visiting the Kingdom Trails next week - need advice

I'm traveling up to the kingdom trails next week with my family and am looking for advice on things to do/visit while we're there. I'm primarily going for the mountain biking and go for XC/single track trails as opposed to a downhill/jump park stuff. Any trails that I need to ride? The rest of my family (my kids are 10 and 12) will ride a little bit, but will be looking for other outside things to do as well. Anyone have advice on good places to take them?
