Vleds Triton v6 switchbacks

I own a 2018 Tacoma SR5 and for an early Christmas present I got a set of Triton v6 switchbacks. My truck has a drl selection on the headlight switch which only turns on the Amber turn signal light.

When I hook up the Triton switchbacks they stay Amber instead of white until I turn on the headlights then they turn white. Not sure what's going on or how to fix it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need the HDRL controller.
