Hey guys, I will try to leave Toronto around 11am and maybe hit a dirt road on the way.

 

So I think I will be hitting Huntsville at 730PMish friday night to meet up with anyone passing through and convoy up with them. @Shveet may be meeting me there? Not quite sure yet. Will post here when plans solidify.

 

i'm in a weird spot. i might be working in the morning then driving out from site.
kinda looking like
work from home till noon. Drive to site, walk site and snap photos/ record shit and then fuck off. so, it's about 2 hour drive there, and another 2 hours on site. then 2 hours to hunstville.
so i'd be there like 6pm ish depending on traffic

 

Yeah I get out of work at 5 then I'm just grabbing a shower and heading straight to huntsville. It's roughly a 2.5 hour drive from Peterborough so I figure 730 to get there.

 

i can wait, grab somethign to eat while there. and then leave shortly after you show up. maybe get a coffee in before the 2-ish hour drive to mattawa

@Windigo have you occupied the Kearney Lake campsite yet?

What's the fire wood situation? I'm bringing some but will not be enough for both nights especially if it's cool

8C midnight Friday night and 12C midnight Saturday but we tend to burn through the wood regardless. I'll pick up a bag at Canal Rd Firewood on my way there as well.

 

I'm at kerney lake and there is only one jeep hear it's deserted. Fire wood I found at the side of the trail. It's not that great but it works.

 

Im bringing some demolished old furniture

 

I came in from songis road took 10 them 36 then 15 to the site. It's pretty good easy going.

 

i got a couple bags of firewood i can bring as well

 

i was thinking of going straight to mattawa to fill up before diving in
