I have recently prerunnered my 2014 Tacoma 4x4 sport. Camburg long travel, fox 2.5 coil overs, etc.

When I was out off roading in a field I switched it to 4h. When I hit pavement it would not switch Back into 2h.

I've solder the front actuator pins, cleaned all connections, etc.
Now I'm stuck taking it to the dealer. Will they still warranty it, truck has 71,000 and in good condition. Also bought it from car max but I doubt they're going to warranty it after every thing I've done to it.

What does the warranty from carmax say in terms of coverage? Assuming they provided something.

You have to have coverage before it can be accepted or denied.

If you have the warranty, they should cover it. There is no such thing as a voided warranty. Obviously they won't cover your aftermarket stuff. Also they won't cover a part that fails as a DIRECT result if an aftermarket part. For instance you do a suspension upgrade and break a shock mount. But they can't deny your wipers failing over a brake upgrade. One has Nothing to do with the other.

    Thank you guys
I took it to Toyota and they found out my front diff actuator had a short. They called car max and got them to cover it. Was going to be $2100 but alls I had to pay was $300 deductible.
