volant # 38240 cold air intake & ram air scoop for 2012-2015 tacoma 4.0

Just be persistent man somebody on here I'll take it as long as it's a complete kit!

 

This doesn't suck any more dirt than the stock intake, plus the scoop will suck in fresh air, not the dirt kicked up from the tire. It doesn't interfere with the hood closing at all, unless a person has the Redline Tuning struts, then those will have to be removed. This works great with a snorkel(minus the scoop). The filter sits higher from the bottom of the box about 3", so you can drill a hole and put a drain in the bottom of the box if any water is ever sucked in from the snorkel. What filter is included, the Donaldson or the washable?

gottaToy - it has the washable filter. i heard the struts wont work on a 2005-2011 but it will ?? with the 2012 and up. member on here who wrote about it had a 2011 and i believe he said 2012 and 2013 is slightly different. if anybody has physcial experience with a 2012 or 2013,that would be great. i have a 2013 with redlines and another volant that im holding on to to hopefully put in one day when my body isnt broken anymore.
