    Xguage the long term and short term fuel trims into your SG, then see what the trims look like. Small, single digit long term trims are good, double digit negative trims mean the MAF sensor is not reading the correct amount of air entering the engine and attempting to compensate with the trims.

    I have a tech stream and am new to using it. Also I have just ordered a Volant CAI with the scoop. What should I be looking for and how should I go about finding the correct readings to verify the above discussen. I would like to get the required reading before the install and then after. Also should the battery be disconnected during the install as mentioned above. Any help is appreciated.

    Yes, positive side, then it will turn on the second start after install.
