Unfortunately, due to a technical system error, our website errors and displays "In Stock." It is not that we are trying to pull a bait and switch and do not mean any wrong intentions. We have been working with our web developer to further account for this issue and are looking for a remedy.

@teh1337ftw, I do apologize if you do feel there is a lack of communication. We are available by telephone during business hours for an immediate response. (818)507-7500
    Monday - Friday, 10-5.

    ----------------

As a message that applies to anyone, the updates relayed to our customers are the updates and ETA that we are being given by Rays. With Port/Customs being their own entity and another consideration we have to wait on to give any further clearance on. Every single order is shipped in order as of received. We do with hold and strongly believe in a zero tolerance policy to allow any individual to "jump / cut" the line. As a container comes in, we do unload and fulfill the product to the respective customer by their order date.

If we had the power and ability to keep everything in stock, we would - and we do truly try to. However, given the unfortunate situation with material shortage and regulation overseas, it is out of our personal control. We are constantly in contact with Rays representative in regard to this as we are equally, if not more annoyed and dissatisfied with the position at hand. We are the distributor and we understand we are your liable for technicals, in this case bringing in these wheels/lugs from Japan. As for updates on shipping, there is still a major port congestion with a substantial queue of container ships that are sitting along the coast, idle in the water, waiting to be unloaded.

Please, if anyone has any questions or would like to speak further; do not hesitate to call - (818)507-7500
I do just anyone to please apologize if we do not pick up the phone right away as we are a small team of three between shipping / inventory with two lines that we are constantly on with different companies and customers for notification and technical support.

It took around 2.5 months for my Rays/Volk lug nuts and center caps to arrive (ordered in March 2021), and I finally installed them last week. So hopefully it's not that long...

I’ve been purchasing Volks since 2005 from numerous vendors. Mackin really needs to change their logistics because 16 years later, things have not changed. It’s unfortunate for vendors and customers, that the process is so arcane.

I don't think this is all the fault of Mackin, I believe there's been a bunch of retailers circumventing Mackin. Mackin like all JDM vendors have to deal with the logistics of living across the Pacific pond.

That pic of the set on the floor with almost nothing there for scale, other than the outlets on the wall plate, makes them look like toy wheels.

is this your truck? I would like to see more photos of the whole truck. Considering the same wheel, I also have a cement.

On a different note how did you install your center caps? Did you have to remove the wheels?
