My question is can you adjust the voltage output of the Alternator ? Mine puts out 14.7V after 2 rebuilds and now a brand new one. It's been like this for years now and battery is going on 5 years now. TIA 2004 Tacoma Dbl. Cab 3.4L

Get a new voltage regulator with a different voltage setpoint. 14.7V is perfect, what are you looking to do?
