    Haha! I thinking of just ordering one on Amazon instead of making a trip to the dealer. I like the idea of the fused booster pro but not the idea of spending $85 for it. The HKB versions are all out of stock and who knows when they will be available again.

    According to my Ultragauge, my voltage was reading around 13.35 after the truck was warmed up for awhile. I put the GM diode in today directly into the ALT-S slot and now it's only up to about 13.5-13.75 after the truck has been running awhile. Does this indicate an underpowered alternator, or is there something else that is drawing my voltage down this far? Should I try a different approach? I was going to do the add-a-fuse method however I don't have a blank spot in my truck. The one pic was from yesterday and the other was this evening.

    That isn’t actual battery voltage. That is control module voltage. 13.7 is a very healthy control module voltage. If you want actual battery voltage, then you’ll need to put a meter on and compare to your module voltage. Then let’s say battery is 14.2 and module is 13.7 , you have a 0.5vdc difference and you can use that to know what you battery voltage is on your ultra gauge.

    Ok that makes sense. Here it shows 14.39 at the battery but the Ultragauge was showing 14.02. This is before the truck is all the way warmed up. Startup at the battery is likely around 14.5.
