I have a 2020 Pro. I cannot use the Bluetooth cell phone due to the volume being too low. Turning up the stereo volume doesn't help. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? Thanks!

Yes. It's in the setting on the head unit. You may need to be in Park to access rhe setting.

Man, I am so frustrated! I just went out and tried to find the setting while in Park with no luck! Can you please walk me through the steps? I'd sure appreciate it!

Make sure your phone (Bluetooth) is connected and you're in Park. My HU is older Entune than your 2020, so may look a bit different....
