    I just now realized that the lights weren't mounted on the bill bar. They were mounted on a lightbar. LOL my bad. It was a crazy day at work.

    Exactly.

    What are you trying to accomplish by adding the bull bar and lights?
    Do they meet that need?

    If not, modify as needed.
    If they do, why give a damn what people think?

    I would guess his use of the word to toboggan has a whole different meaning than your use of the word. Depending on where you're located.
