14 too many? I voted for 13 of them.

    Just doing my part, fam.

jk ... I did vote for the Toytec lift thread, but I didn't realize the first post in that thread hadn't been updated with new info in so long. Maybe someone would be nice and gather together all of the lift stuff into one thread, and take the responsibility of updating it every once and a while ... So I guess what I'm saying, is if the Toytec thread isn't working out, then maybe we should have some other awesome suspension/lift thread stickied :)

Tapatalk just minimizes all of the stickies and takes you straight to the new posts below kind of similar to what you're describing. You can expand the sticky section if wanted. I definitely like that about Tapatalk and wish that the HTML version worked in a similar manner.

stickies don't matter, half of the people across all forums (1st and 2nd as well) don't look at them and post a duplicate thread anyhow.

That's why I mostly voted for the ones with good reference info like the Tips and Tricks thread, Maintenance, or the Color thread ... those are good sources for me, even though new people may not look at them ;)

We're gonna steal a few other ideas as well from Tapatalk before we dump support for it. Since they received their round of venture funding, they've gotten way too aggressive with the data they get from various forums, including emailing members of forums that use tapatalk without the consent of the forum owners.

Not sure why the manual one would need un-stickied.. Everyday theres a new automatic transmission thread (good or bad). Us MT people keep all of our stuff in one post. And theres few of us so obviously the votes will be low.

Yes, but tapatalk will most likely be dropped before the new app is completed

    None.. Yet....

    This!

There are so many "Read Here" etc threads that can be combined. As well as the DIY / INFO Threads that could be made in to one "Informational" thread with links to the various threads..

I really read only three threads here. The MT Thread, What have you done, and the Montana thread.

The "what have you done" (1st, 2nd and 3rd gen) are probably the most popular threads on the site, among the vehicle talk threads.

I get your hassles! I was the community manager for a MMORPG and one of my responsibilities was to keep a massive forum in line with people from across the world. I appreciate what you all do here.. Keep up the good work!

There are really only two that I have found useful at all the manual transmission BS thread and the what have you done today.
