I'm wanting to get one, but I'm clueless about them.

Heard Netflix wouldn't work with one, called them and the person I talked to confirmed it wouldn't work thru a VPN. Hear others say that was bull shit.

Watched a YT video of a guy setting up a VPN on 2 routers...one with one without. I lost a few brain cells watching it.

Setting it up thru a single router sounds best, because I'm using a Win 10 desk top, a Win 7 laptop, and Ubuntu on a second laptop.

Anyone have any suggestions for a service that works great, and won't require a computer science degree to set up?

Bump out of curiosity (and to avoid a whole new thread). We are thinking of subscribing for one but no idea which are legit or if any restrictions on websites like OP was asking about.

I believe windows 10 has one built in to the software you can set up. Also opera search engine offers a free one in its browser.

Only thing about signing up with VPNs is figuring out who owns the tech service. If it was a Chinese company...would you really trust them to have security for privacy on your devices..

Had good success with Windscribe. Used in Europe to access USA Netflix.
