    Too few to list.
I had this issue on my 2011 by simply changing to bigger sized tires from 265 to 285. Alignment was spot on and reset the VSC multiple times. My only cure was to disable the VSC with a switch.

I’m taking it to another shop this Friday before I go to the dealership. They specialize in Toyota and Lexus. Talk a gent there earlier and said they had a truck in last week with the same problems. Also said that with lifts installed that factory specs for alignments are sometimes not the right specs for that particular truck. Sounded like he knew a little more than my local shop did about the whole situation.

Will do. I hope I can get it fixed. Plan on putting my cvt over the bed in the next few weeks. I know with the added weight over the bed would probably cause it to do it even worse. That would be really annoying seeing how I just about live outta that tent during the summer. Lol

Just a heads up about the CV boots, you don’t need no diff drop or fake threads out of the coilovers. Simply take the cv clamp on the axle, undo it, and then slide the cv boot further up the axle. Simple and popular mod to keep the fins from touching

@bax blackwell automotive Chattanooga. Noticed your from northern ga. I’m very north west. So Chattanooga is the closet for me to go to anything.

@TacoZim thats for the advice of the boots. Didn’t really think that angle was off that much. Truck is only raised about 2 1/2 inches from what I can tell. I’ll definitely give that a try. Thanks.

My truck handled like shit with the stock specs. The shop I initially went to refused to work outside of factory spec because of liability. Unfortunately the geometry isn't the same, so it has to be tweaked. My shop had issues with the cam bolts maxing out before getting to 0,0,3 for me. I had to take my SPC LR UCA installation and spec sheet in with the proper set up highlighted. They got it into my specs, and it drives well. I still would like my UBA at a different setting, but it works for now.

Again, I highly suggest setting the E-Brake before trying the reset. I do not know about autos, but my manual will not reset without the E-brake set. 3 days and about 25 tries before I came to this realization. I read the instructions 10 times before I saw that little snippet of knowledge. Good luck, but it sounds like you found a decent shop. If you are at 2.75 or 3" of lift, I suggest trying to get as close to 0,0,3 as possible for specs. The castor is the only one I would accept not being to spec. Still would want at least 2.5 degrees to track down the road.

@Armyhater458 i do know that when I had it aligned that the mechanic said that either my camber or caster one of the two was maxed the hell out. I’ve got spc upper control arms but don’t have a spec sheet for their settings. Wonder if anyone has them or knows where to get a copy of it. The guy I talked to at the second shop informed me that factory specs were not the right specs after it has been changed in any way. Sounds like we’re on to something.

You defnintely want zero toe, some people don't mind a little camber for turning, but I haven't noticed any irregular wear with mine set to zero. The castor is likely where you might find some resistance. Stock there isn't much. However, 3 degrees seems to be the sweet spot for lifted 2nd gen. I believe 3 degrees is setting D for the SPC arms. Double check that the upper ball joint is set right. I didn't, and will likely have it changed when I knock my alignment out. Also, if you live near a firestone, I believe they have a lifetime alignment. It could be well worth it if you wheel regularly. I can't wait to see if you get this worked out, and VSC fixed.

Definitely will be trying these solutions come Friday. This whole ordeal started after the alignment and I did inform the mechanic that it had after market uca’s on it but said he didn’t think there was any adjustments there. Making a shit ton more sense now. Thanks again fellas for all the help. This sight is awesome along with the people.

5F1D0D83-F90F-4855-9C53-D3F8803A6073.jpg Ok so here is the alignment specs after I had the tires put on (the top alignment).

The bottom alignment is after I went back this morning. See any difference???

Now the truck pulls so hard to the right and shop tells me that they have done all they can.

They did however get the vsc to reset but didn’t get to really try it out because of the pulling issue and tires not being able to get balanced.

I did argue with them till they agreed to put a new set of tires on it tomorrow.

Who would have ever thought putting a set of tires and an alignment would cause this many issues.

Camber should definitely not be positive and caster could definitely go up a little bit.
