When doing a VVT linear test should the VVT aim angle be the same as the VVT change angle, if not does that indicate a sticking oil control valve?

It's not perfect. We never try to see it match output, what we want to see is if its advancing or retarding properly. Ideally stalling.

A stuck OCV will have no effect on engine idle. Or it wont switch back and forth properly.
