    Looks like it’s a common problem not only with the ignition but the doors as well. Just read that the sport model with the power locks is better.

    lucky! My 2008 Fit ignition cylinder went out, and I decided not to keep it. It had 165k on it. The stealership wanted $900 to install it, after they robbed me of $160 for a new key

    just a perk of living 2.2 miles from work. And I dont want to put those city miles on my truck.

    And Im getting a new job pretty soon (after all the approvals and such are done) and that is work 100% from home.. so might not even need a daily!

    Trouble free is what I am looking for in a daily. Been back and forth on wanting a e46 BMW, Miata or something sporty. I think I will be able to survive with a low maintenance hatchback that has a whole 128hp.

    The Matrix was super clean. Older retired Air Force guy was selling it for his daughter. I offered $3000, he gave her a call and said we have a deal. Should be the perfect daily driver.

    How come it’s impossible to find cars that have never been in an accident! Should I ask for another $500 off? All of the doors, hood and hatch had the proper VIN tags

    I hear ya, but it looks clean and if any issues were going to pop up because of it, probably would’ve happened by now. It was in 2013. Maybe ask them for some info on it and see how comfortable you feel moving forward? They probably should have mentioned it in the ad tho...

    I just asked them about it. Said she bought it from a dealer and that it didn’t show up on the carfax when she bought it. Looks like it happened little over a month before she bought it. I don’t know how fast carfax updates.
