The aftermarket shop is inline with Denver dealer/aftermarket pricing. Little higher than the dealer but not much. That dealer you have there must have some extra slidey lube tryin to sneak that one by.

Yeah, I was hoping for $800-1000 from private shop and $1200 from dealer. I changed a clutch on my Acura 2.2cl back in high school, tempted to change it myself just don’t have a lot of time with the home remodel.

yea I guess so. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong with yours or mine. My check engine light has not come back on, but I still want to do the IAC valve and shift solenoids... luckily they are under $50 for both. And I still need to replace the fender, but again, its like $37-42 shipped for one.

My friend said the Fit is running again. He loves it.. probably because his FJ80 gets 7mpg, and the Fit gets 40

I thought about your fit the other day. Bargain for him for sure! Yeah, my truck gets 10mpg and it only has 101k miles so I want to keep the miles off of it as well. It’s getting great use with the house remodel and yard work though.

@fatfurious2 filled up the tank the other day, went 310 miles and used 10 gallons of gas. Way better than the truck!

I asked you about this awhile ago, but am getting ready to pull the trigger and had some questions.

Which metal tech coil conversion is that? Stage 1 with lift coils? Do you know if stage 2 or 3 will work with bags inside?

Stage 2 and you cut off 2 of the levels on the isolators to use with airbags. I also recommend the icon 2” coils.

Awesome. Do you know how the trimming affects the bags (i.e. some bags require more trim, some less)? I'm looking at 1" lift coils for the rear but wasn't sure if the stock height Firestone bags would work if I minimally trimmed the isolators or if I'd have to use the 2"-3" lift bags with maximum trim and minimal inflation.
