    It was a coin toss between the Uniden 520 and the cobra. At the end, I chose the cobra for no other reason then the quick shipping. I was way happy I had enough coax!

    I think the next thing on my short list is a new muffler. I think im set on a Magnaflow. I plan on cutting the tailpipe right after the axle like I have it now.

    14" part #12215 (center in/ center out)
    I don't know what the 18'' part # is


    The question is 14" or 18"...?

    This here is a good video with written instructions as well. It involves using a SWR meter. I might pick one up at radio shack.

    Do you have any pics of the grommet you ran your coax cable through? I'm guessing I have to take off the plastic paneling behind the back seat, right? I just ordered my CB and antenna and gotta figure out how to run the wire. I'm gonna buy the cable and fittings at work tomorrow and get it all ran so it'll be ready for the radio and antenna.
