No worries man. It was purchased from the dealership. I don't have the part number anymore, but it was from an older FJ model. It's about 14 inches in length. Much larger than that of a current FJ. BTW, if you can make out the part number on the picture, write it down.

Your excess cable will either go under the seat if you run it through the grommet under the cab OR the excess cable can go under the dash if you run it through the fire wall. It all depends. Both are good. Your decision is going to be based on where you want it installed.

As far as the excited part... Hold on there cowboy. One thing at a time. Haha.

Thank you. The cost to get the skid plate Line-X'd was $50 (that's per side) and $75 for the bumper valence if you were interested in going that route. You have the option for a UV coating for an additional charge.

 

haha The grommet under the cab would be fine. I dont have my CB mounted permanently (kinda just toss it in my cup holders and hold it down with a hackiesack!) so that would work out great. I have some extra cable, so i'll bring it next minimodmeet OR whenever you're ready to help out

 

So you already have the antenna too? What kind? Magnet mount or a firestick type? Reason being, you may not need a mount.

 

i have a magnet, but it was only temporary when we went offroading (just needed something!) you can kinda see it in my avatar/user icon

 

Are you buying a firestick then? I don't need it right away to do the install. Although it would be cool to have to tune after we're all said and done. Start brewing. Haha.
