So I made some chicken wings the other day and they came out pretty damn good so I thought I'd share the recipe.

    Sauce:

    Melted Butter
Any kind of buffalo wing sauce
    lemon juice
    honey

The sauce can be made to taste - if you want it hotter just put more wing sauce, if you want it sweeter put more honey, if you want it tangier put more lemon juice, etc. - I have no exact measurements lol.

    Wings:

Toss about a cup of corn starch and a little seasoning of your choice (creole seasoning, garlic n herb, etc.)

Dry the wings off with some paper towels and toss em in the corn starch/seasoning mixture

Deep fry the wings @ about 350 degrees for 17 minutes - I do them in batches of 6-8 cuz I have a small fryer.

When they are done transfer them immediately into a huge bowl with a lid, scoup some sauce onto em, cover, and shake em till evenly coated.

    Last step: eat them hoez!

    Enjoy. [IMG]
