Waited for the right moment to purchase my 2nd gen

Boy did I get lucky but.... so my daughter is graduating from college in the spring. I thought yah no more tuition and apt rent payments. I'm done. Being retired I thought I would try to find a Tacoma to purchase since I would now have some spending money. So I started scanning Auto Trader and came across a '15 TRD Sport Barcelona Red, Access cab 4x4, one owner with only 7,800 miles on it at a Toyota dealership. The Carfax looked good. All service at the dealer. It had just been listed and I thought maybe the mileage was a typo in the add. I called the dealer to confirm the mileage was correct and it was. The Salesman said it was owned by an elderly gentleman who had to be put in a home because of health reasons. Stated his Children brought it in since they were going to be putting the house up for sale. They said the truck was their father's baby. Said he pampered it and kept it in a heated garage.
So, I left a deposit on the phone, rented a car a drove 260 miles to get it a few days later. I was not disappointed. It was in like new condition inside and out including the undercarriage.
But wouldn't you know a couple weeks after my purchase my daughter tells me that she wants to go to Law School. I am having a struggle with myself if I should keep it or not now. I know if I sell it I would not find another with that low of mileage in the future. But, I also know there are more important things in life, such as my daughter (my only child). I will be making a decision soon. Several factors will come into my decision. Wish me luck!
