    It's a great company to work for... especailly on the Ground side!

    Ouch! Calling FedEx the Devil? They got it delivered... shouldn't it be more like the angel. Haha.

    I'll admit, it happens to even the best tapped up, boxed packages. I had to file a claim once and when it was through UPS (I work for FedEx Ground) I was amazed at how easy it was. Pros & cons for each.
