So after I got very heavy rain one day, I noticed that the wall between my neighbor and I had a huge crack. What's the best way to fix this? Thanks.

Take a picture of the wall further back.

It looks like the foundation of the wall is bowing, leading to the cracking.

I can’t see what the foundation of the wall is sitting on.

some depends on drainage, but see if you can look and maybe dig a little next to the wall. one side is going to be wetter than the other, the wetter side will be higher. you can run a soaker hose along the wall at the dryest side and the water will soak into the ground and can raise the wall. I know it sounds weird but I had to do that on my house in Texas. Maybe this can help a bit otherwise you will have to raise the wall.

Rain can do bad things, especially when the ground has already been saturated for days. My mom was pretty surprised when she walked downstairs that morning.C4918D89-B166-4DA6-BD28-D5E4279AB1DD.jpg
