I purchased the Walmart Cooper Discoverer A/T tires to replace the OE tires after the OE's wore out. The Cooper's were...forgetful... I forgot I even had them. They were mediocre in the snow, mediocre off-road, and didn't last long. I was glad to replace them with Goodyear Duratrac's LT load range C.

I don't do any serious off-road driving, just gravel back roads, no trails or rocky stuff. Just like any Coopers I've had they pick up & sling small rocks like crazy.

We don't get much winter in Arkansas, but what we did get the last few years has been pretty decent snow for a few days. That's my wife's ride to work in bad weather so I'm hoping they do well.

I need to get my K5 Jimmy up and running again for anything more serious.

We had 2012 Cooper AT3 on our Lexus RX300 for 2 winters in CO 8,500ft high. They did extremely well in the snow, even when there's enough snow to come over the hood. However the Civic we had with studded Cooper Discoverer Snow Claws would drive circle around them, for day to day driving where there's compacted snow & ice on the hwy I always preferred to take the civic.
In snow you should either drive it like a grandma or like a rally car... :burnrubber:

Setting off in 2 weeks on a 5k mile round trip towing our 5k tt, should be a good test for the new tires. Hopefully the added 5lb of tire weight in each corner won't affect performance too much :fingerscrossed:
