    the XJ's are a great budget-friendly platform for building a trail rig. you'd be surprised in price difference.

    This is true. AND I have free flights. I could swing it. just give me about 2 months to pay off Vegas and write exams.

    a buddy in portland threw me an offer of flying up there and then road-tripping it to vancouver... hmmmm


    also i'm so tempted to order sliders and a gas tank skid right now. gotta stop tw'ing while :drunk:

    Road trip always sounds better than 12hrs in a can. At least to me-and not that either destination is a bad one, just too long to get there and home again.

    It was. Weather was awesome and we mostly beat the holiday weekend crowd. The extra little bit of ground clearance helped a lot! Although Sam still managed to drag the hitch receiver on some rocks coming through a ditch :p she loves the KJ and is excited she gets to wheel a bit finally since she could never get the hang of the 5-speed in my Taco
