Sorry guys for my post. I have 3.73 gears on my truck right now. so i want to keep the rear the same 3.73, Figure i can help somebody with some $ and my third as a core to re gear their truck and they can help me with their stock third. So it has to be 3.73 ratio.

I have a set of 3.73 front and rear I pulled out of my pickup at about 30K when i regeared to 4.56. These would need to be re set up in your diff's. Shoot me a PM if your interested.

I too am a bit confused about the final goal of going 3.73 to 3.73.

To prevent more confusion, you really should let everyone know which rear end you are removing the third from.

I have to regear mine. but im not changing the ratio. i dont have money to up grade to 4.88. so i want your diff with 3.73 ratio and you can use my third to re gear yours, plus i can give you some money. get it now?

my rear end is 8.0 with e-lockers. sorry for the confusion.

I thought the stock TRD Off Roads w. e-locker came with an 8" rear? Did you swap at some point?

Wait, when you regear you change out the gearing to either a higher or lower ratio...there's no way you can "regear" and stay with the 3.73 unless you have messed up gears and need new gears only hence why you kept saying "you're regearing"

Like my rear diff is geared to 4.56 now over the 3.73

    But I have a LSD diff (8.4)
    The e-locker diff is 8.0

So if you want to regear to get some more power because of bigger tires...you're going to have to pay the money for both front and rear to either a 4.56 or 4.88 depending on what you want and it's pricy :anonymous:
