Well i have a broken leaf spring and wanted to replace it with a heavy duty version. I am out of the tsb leaf spring since I have a 2010 trd sport double cab 4x2 with about 39k . I do have a camper shell and roof basket/rack on the camper at all times so maybe about 300 lbs in total plus i often load up mnt bike, kayak or camping stuff. I have not made any upgrades on the suspension yet. I am not looking for any lift per say but would be fine if I end up with some as long as it does not then require me to replace a lot of other parts. Any suggestions. I did look at the kc as an option as they seem to have the heavier leafs without much lift. I would be fine to updagrade the shock and things like that just nothing crazy as its is 98% a pavement driven truck or mellow dirt trails.

Also if your in the DFW area any suggestion on where i could get some installed??

I'm not really impressed wih my wheelers HD pack. I removed a leaf as suggested on there site, and it lifted the rear to about the height of the TSB leafs, maybe a hair more.

The mounting point for the parking brake cable doesn't work quite right, but my biggest issue are the squeaks and rust that developed rather quickly.

I bout them in early fall last year and they look really rough. The ride is pretty good though, not too firm which is what I was afraid of. They handle some extra load without being jarring unloaded.

Remember, I pulled a leaf so they're not quite as stiff. I may try to refurbish them this summer and put the leaf back in.

I'm using Icon coil overs in the front and VS2's in the rear.

You may want to get longer brake lines or install a spacer on the hard line to get a bit more length. At full droop, using a jack on the frame they'll put the brake line at their limit. I would imagine you could rip the line out wheeling.

I got some good springs with bushings for my 02' TRD 4X4 before I sold it from
    Generalspringkc.com.

$150 per side plus freight..from St. Louis, MO.

I didn't notice that you already called kc.

Never buy Dakars if you're complaining about those being a rough ride

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
You could go to a junk yard and get a used set. Another option is the OMD mod. Which is replacing a Toyota leaf with a chevy leaf spring or two. I'm sure if you tweaked it just right you could increase payload with out adding lift.
