I see. It's a completely different suspension than what I have. I like the look of the 275 and am willing to take my wheel spacers off but if I can keep them, then that's a plus. I don't want my fenders looking too filled though.

If I can achieve this look, no rubbing or trimming, I'll definitely take off my wheel spacers.

    ^another 285 entry

275 is a good size, for those who want the biggest tire with little to no trimming, with the right backspacing and alignment caster for NO rubbing.

Lower caster, before my realignment, the tire scrubbed the cab mount at full lock during compression with 4.1" backspacing.

Realigned with max caster, no rub at all

Doesn't my wheel spacers give me some backspacing? So I could run them with a correct alignment?

It just depends. You won't be able to get much caster with stock UCA's and 2.5-3" lift, but every bit achieved will push the tire forward in the wheel opening. The stock wheels have 5.5" b.s. This should work perfectly. But, tires do look better IMO flush or slightly sticking outside the flare. With 1.5" spacers, you get about 4" b.s. This is going to put a 275 very close to, if not rubbing, the cab mount. The higher the caster, the further the tire is from the cab mount. It will also track much better on the highway.

Ok, I'm taking off the Spidertraxx and will go with 275/70/17's with Hankook Dynapro ATM.
