you can get the manifolds from LCEngineering for $200 (just dont buy mine lol ) then just buy the blower off of ebay.. i got mine for $100 including shipping... just saving up to get manifold

lol ok trd offered a supercharger for our 2.4/2.7 motors it was actually made by a company called alpine.and sold through the TRD name..alpine also offered its own kit for the tacomas but it used a larger blower eaton M90 instead of eaton M62....or you can piece it together with the manifold from LC engineering and get the blower from a place like ebay....lets try this...lol http://www.alamomotorsports.com/alpine/alpine_toyota.html thats the newest version and supposed to perform better I have seen the old versions still being sold brand new (if that makes sense) for about $2400

alright, i think i get it, in other words, look for an eaton m90 or even and m62 instead of the supercharger kit, so, find that supercharger and then buy the manifold. thanks for that info! very helpful

yeah you will have to get the manifold first to make sure you get the right charger...since there were 2 versions... and in my book either one rocks... i mean bolt on 40hp (actual gain i had on previous truck) on one of these trucks is incredible run like a v6 and still get MPG of 4 cyl...now you will lose about 1-2 MPG...but hey your not looking for economy your looking for power

    NONE SO FAR
Very interesting, I am in the process of looking for a supercharger for my son’s 2004 Toyota Tacoma, From what I am understanding and reading we can built a supercharger kit for with the right Intake and blower kit? If this is correct can someone tell me just what parts I need to look for? Ie…pulleys, belts, manifolds ect…., I would really appreciate any info that can be provided.

    Thank you

I think you can get the bracket with the pulley for like $40 and the rest is just a belt...bolts etc... I'm short on cash nowadays so I sold off my manifold to a friend... but I think you could get a full kit pieced together for like $500 as long as the blower doesnt need a rebuild if it does add another $300-500...but still less than half the new price....way less
