2006 Tacoma Regular Can SR5

Help! I’m a victim of post-traumatic salt disorder (Midwest rust) and blew my intermediate metal brake line running along my frame. Anyone know where I can find a replacement line that runs from the abs box to the flexible line at the rear for a regular cab? I’d cut and flare a new section of line but the line is a lost cause. I plan on attaching the new line to the existing line to not have to tap new holes. Any help in this would be appreciated!
