New to Tacoma and new to the forum. I'm looking for a good (great) independent mechanic to evaluate and service the new (used) rig in the greater Sacramento area.........preferably nearer to Roseville.

Any input is appreciated.

I typically do most of my own repairs and maintenance, but when certain jobs are beyond my comfort level, I go to Shannon Family Automotive in Folsom. Very competent and professional shop. They specialize in Toyota and Honda.
