Wanted: OEM mud flaps

I'm looking for a few items that people usually end up throwing in the trash. Let me know if you have any lying around in the So Cal area. I'll gladly take them off of your hands in exchange for some cold beer of your choice, or a few bucks for your troubles:

*OEM front door speakers (non-JBL)
*OEM dash tweeters
*OEM mud flaps (I only need the rear, but will take all 4, if you have them)


I am located in the Murrieta/Temecula area of Southern California, and I travel to San Diego once per week.

I have 2 OEM dash tweeters you can have - I took them off for the Subaru swap and stored them since my truck was new. I’ll trade them for that bumper winch combo you were giving away!

Front door speakers and tweeters have been sourced. Still looking for a set of OEM rear mud flaps (or "splash guards"). Anyone have anything?

Thanks for the heads up. I had seen that post, but he's in Indiana. Wouldn't be worth the cost to have them shipped to So Cal.

 

Ahh… I wish I knew you back when I sold mine, I practically gave them away. Man you’re going all back to complete stock on everything, is the buyer actually that picky about it, or is it the seller?

 

Yeah, I'm going to be trading it in, so I want it "back to stock" as much as possible. Dealerships look for every excuse they can to low-ball you, so I figured I'll take all of those excuses away from them. I am not going to sell private party, because I don't want to deal with tire kickers who try to low-ball you, or the hassle of paying off the lienholder to get the title to the new owner. It's just easier to do it all in one transaction, and I can also use it as a bargaining chip when I acquire a new truck (the dealership can make good money on my trade, so they don't need to make as much on what they are selling me).

 

Will a set of 2nd gen mud flaps work?

 

Good question... I'm not sure if they're the same or not.

 

But tweeters? Did you do the Subaru mod? That was a really good one but man, no one would ever know looking at your truck. Unless you want to save them for something else. Those were good speakers. Hopefully the mudflaps work out for you too, I’ll keep my eye out.

 

I have full set out hear in Coachella Valley if they will work for you. The rears do have the 4x4 on them but are all black. The white paint or what ever was used is no longer.
