Greetings. After my cold air in-take system for my 2006 v6, I was planning on a new exhaust system to hopefully add some HP and low-end torque. I do NOT want a system that sounds like a suped-up Red-Line Honda. I don't mind a little "growl", but more quiet the better. Thanks for your time.

    getting there....
look into a dynomax super turbo muffler, or a rather long magnaflow....maybe a 24 inch muffler.....should quiet it down a good bit, although it'll still sound good.........not annoying in any way.

I have the Dynomax. It's super quite. I like it a lot, although there are times when I'm playing around I would like it to be louder.

I have a stainless Magnaflow catback and it sounds awesome. However my Bro has a Gibson and it has not quite as loud. (He does with he had mine!!!)

    Too few to list.
Either stay OEM or a really long aftermarket muffler or maybe add a resonator.

If he wants quiet he won't like the Flowmaster 50 series. While quieter on the inside than the 40, it's still got a very ricey interior sound. I've only had it a couple of weeks and hope it mellows out a bit, but I'm afraid it's not going to. Does sound good on the outside though.
