Blow dryer or heat gun. Just get it warm and it will peel right off.

Maybe. You will need to use polishing compound on a buffer to get it back to shiny. Do the whole truck and the black will really pop. Then rewax. On black it might not be noticeable though if you don't.

Paint the door handles black. And the emblems. And the wheels. And the bumpers. And the toolbox.

Looks as if you went any darker, you wouldn't be able to see out of the windows. Might as well murder out the whole truck. No chrome. Now that would be cool.

Ryan's right man, murder out! My truck is Beige/Tan and had aluminum and chrome all over it so I blacked out the grill, badges, and bumper on my truck. Just sand and rough everything up and with the grill and bumper prime and the use multiple layers of paint and clear coat. With that and new tires and BHLM my truck looks totally diff!

i bought it at canadian tire for 10$ IIRC, and the front side markers you cant pull them appart unless you cook them in the oven(not sure about that) dont put to thick cause you are gonna loose some brightness ;)

None yet but soon all black.
You need to black out the wheels for sure. That will give your truck a great luck for sure. That front grill and rear bumpers and your all set
