Warning about True North Outback Adventure Co’. formally core outfitters- NATHAN MCDONALD

Honestly I just took what I could get and felt like I still got the short end of the stick. I would of just went with prisnu if I would of known it would cost me 1000 bucks for roof racks and save myself the hassle and 8 month wait.

 

Did you get cab and bed or just the cab rack?

He owes me 1900$
i paid in full (stupid i know) in advance 3400$ for a lift and bumper for my FJ on the 23rd of DEC 2016. FEW moths later he refunded 1500$ and till today nothing more than empty promises!

Just the cab rack and it honestly seemed like it was pieced together from random pieces he had in his shop. Like even during install I was given only one inch cross memebers and was told he would deliver me the 2 inch like like it was supposed to come with and also swap out the sides with new water jet table cut pieces. He never got back to me yet on those but did manage to message me asking to comment a good review on yellowpages.

I will be honest about core outfitters. I was really hoping that this company would of been very successful. It offered toyota owners in this area good items for reasonable Canadian pricing. To bad it went down the shitter.

A lot of us felt this way. Hell I even tried to advertise for him on here. Screwed me over on a tent. Finally started this thread after I kept getting pms of people asking me how to contact the guy. Pretty big disappointment.

 

Honestly, I had faith that he was going to turn this around. I don’t think that’s happening now. I’ve just learned of another who has been subject to a false order. This one for a RTT/Bedrack combo.

He’s a good talker, but I am thoroughly disappointed in the outcome.
