    I actually had him legally served and went to court, he never showed up, I won the case with my evidence. This was at the same court that is coming up in Dec. He owes me a lot more as per the judges rule, legal fees and time. This process is not cheap. But to answer your question, I have not received a single dollar. I just really hope our justice system works to all our favor.

    Local police just showed up today with a subpoena as well to be on witness on the above court dates.

    He scammed me for $1000 back in 2017/2018. Never saw a dime back.

    The guys first post has gotta be like this & it shouldn’t have to be. These scammers know the Law is protecting them. Think it’s about time for the Law to set an example. Right now it very much appears to be a joke which encourages more of this dishonest behaviour. Sure there’s a scam born every minute but there shouldn’t be a scammer matching rate.

    Where/when is it again? I might show up. No skin I just really enjoy the litigation process, as flawed as it seems sometimes.

    Could even make it a meet and greet. Not treading on the affected peeps here, but as a community showing support...

    I'm probably the least social justice kinda guy most of you have met. But physical participation to support a process that holds to account an individual who is alleged deeds against a common group...thats what is core to our community and I support the community.
