Being an adult 101: If you pay for product X, are promised a shipping date of Y, and at Y + 7 days you still have no tracking number, you ask for your money back. No money 2 days later? You call VISA and file a dispute. No ifs, ands or buts. (Unless you actually enjoy being taken advantage of and screwed over, that is.)

I just wanted my money since I needed it as I was heading to Buffalo that very weekend to buy what Nathan couldn't deliver for the same price.

I did contact shopify though as well (where he host his site)

I wish you hadn't given him any money. As much as I hate to say, you will be waiting for your money for a while and there's no chance you will get it. He owes a lot of peopple. I've spoken to one person personally that he owes 11k to and with all the amounts oweing I don't know where we all stand. You will just get the run-around with excuse after excuse. I'm heading to court and if I were you I would do the same.

@Qwkkid needs to simply call his credit card provider, explain the situation and dispute everything. The sooner this scumbag loses the ability to take money from people, the sooner the scams will stop.

On the other hand, if @Qwkkid paid via other means, his best bet is likely small claims court, and sooner rather than later (while Core still has assets that can be taken away - and before they're taken away by others he's scammed).

I have spoken to the police and was told to set up an appointment with the Fraud Department. The amount of scamming Core has done, it is considered criminal. I've had enough.

@Tridet167 which police station/department did you go to and file ? I called his business line and left a message that I wanted more info about my suspension parts, he replied via text 10 min later from a different number saying he was on the road. I screwed up and e-transferred him the funds,so no calling credit company. I texted him a dead line of FEB 5, 2018 to have my parts or full refund. I really hope he comes through. I m documenting everything in-case police or my lawyer are needed. Plus I m sure Nate reads all the forums, this is a heads up!!

He knows all about this thread. He never posts because he knows he's guity so he hides.
I don't want to post anything publicly here about what is going on behind the scenes with the police situation.
I will say I'm filing court papers this week. I sent him a lawyers letter before year end asking for my money and he hasn't reached out to me yet so at this point I don't have an alternative. It's a pain in the ass going to court but it is what it is.

Gotta be easy enough to pay a crack head a few bucks to smash up his shit and leave a note telling him to pay back the people he steals from.
I swear Ive never done this before.....

Well I wouldn’t suggest this. The guy is in the hole enough. Just more expense that can be going to others.

he operates out of his house
Lucky for him as well given its through his home. This was one thing that girl from OF4 said to me.
Some of us get mad and post here, others seek legal methods...but theres always those crazy fucks that will come to hurt you over money.
I know people that have hurt people over much less than what Nathan owes some.

his best buddy tim did post earlier in this thread how 'he knows he's reading it' and that he should take care of the orders he currently has instead of seeking more.

LOL. I just read on True North where a mod of the page, a one , basically suggests it's perfectly legal and in fact intelligent to drum up more sales to pay back refunds for people he hasn't delivered product to for months.

No it's not. That's a Ponzi scheme. If no product is delivered and money is passed from a future buyer to a previous buyer you are committing fraud. No and's, if's, or but's. True North is definitely playing from COREs corner for some reason.

I also love how the positive reviewer totally tried to talk around Joe's comment that CORE doesn't design anything they sell. "Well he manufacturers it all himself." Really? So if I go build a complete knockoff of the F150 Ford should be okay with it because I did it by myself. Get real lol.
