Hello TacomaWorld. This account is long overdue, because I have done a ton of research on here and just now created an account... But here we Are. I have a 2008 Access Cab Long bed, just the Sr5 package. I purchased it with 140k miles, and unbenownced to me, a crap ton of rust. Like, a LOT. As we all know, Taco's are prone to rust, and I should have known, but hey, I didn't, and now here we are. I'm located in Joshua Tree, out East of LA by about 2 hours.
    Mods:
+3" Toyo Coilovers with Totcal Chaos Upper arms
New Autozone Lower arms (cut the old ones off with an acetalyne torch, Siezed...)
New Tie rods (also torch, siezed....)

And now, I'm tackling the next stage of my Overland/trecking/sometimes desert racing build...
    The Flatbed.

    Here are some pics.

And now, without a bed... meh. I need to cover the rust, I know. Gotta dissolve and grind it off first. It's a Process...

Welcome! That is a sexy truck! (Although I might be a bit biased.) Can't wait to see what you do on the flat bed project.

The Tacoma has no use for a flat bed because its a midsize. Doesn’t have the payload to do anything a flatbed was made for

    Fix the truck
