Wow! Though crowd here. I do not have the manual for this truck, otherwise I would have looked. I Thought this was a friendly place where advise could be found. How wrong of me for thinking that.
To Brandon78lusch thank you for suggesting what may be the problem. I do have a SprintBooster installed. When I was driving on the highway, I felt and heard a "Thunk" the transmission disengaged and the engine, anti slip, and the light I posted the photo, came on the screen
I pulled over and turned the engine off. I then, removed the key turned the sprint booster off moved the gears from parking to neutral. Started the engine again and all was normal again.

I have the .pdf manual for my 2020 downloaded to my iPad. Makes it real easy to look things up. Very handy. So if the truck is not pissed at you for being at the mall too long, it’s one of three things according to my 2020 manual. Don’t know which of the 3 you experienced and how serious it may be on your truck. I dunno if a trip to the dealer will help. Hope this helps.

    OP....don't be so sensitive.

See post #4 the first comment is the most likely problem. The other 2 comments were tongue in cheek.

Generally, when a warning light comes on, the solution is simple. FIRST place to begin is the Owner's Manual. Then work through the steps as outlined by @Canadian Caber from the Owner's Manual. These basics will generally resolve the problem. If not, then need to look at any add-ons or mods. Still no resolution, then off to the dealer.

In reality, no one on TW can solve your issue. They can only offer guides or procedures for you to execute.

There is a bit of poking and ribbing that occurs. Just need to learn to ignore or poke back. But always always be friendly. No need for name calling or denigrating comments.

    Good Luck isolating the problem.

I suggest to look to your feet first. Is left foot on the brake pedal???

Oh, BTW, you can usually find an Owner's Manual at the dealer or on the internet as a download PDF.

You didn't even get torched, just some friendly banter.
Toughin up a little, oh and next time, be sure to add important information like your adding electronic doodads first.

    Yeah.
BTW, manuals can be downloaded directly from Toyota. Register as an owner and add your VIN. Handy for any kinds of service campaigns, etc.

But yeah, sounds like maybe your SprintBooster did something that the watchdog routines didn't like.
